The Facilities Space Auditor – TS/SCI Required role is onsite in Washington, DC. Shine Systems supports the FLS Space Management Team in maintaining facility and occupancy data. The auditor validates facility conditions, occupancy, and space allocations, then updates plans and records to support space utilization, planning, and compliance for government stakeholders. The role includes periodic domestic and international travel for facility audits.

What you'll do

• Maintain space, occupancy, and utilization data
• coordinate with space coordinators, site chiefs, building managers, government personnel, and other stakeholders
• gather and analyze space requirements
• conduct facility walks and audits
• verify seating, occupancy, and personnel bed-downs
• measure rooms and document conditions
• update floor plans and seating allocations
• develop layouts using AutoCAD and Revit
• maintain ARCHIBUS records and generate utilization reports
• prepare reports and presentations
• support space planning and compliance
• travel domestically and internationally for audits on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, or more frequently as required.
