What you'll do

• Set up the station according to restaurant guidelines
• prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner
• follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• restock items during the shift
• clean and maintain the station and kitchen storage areas
• use station equipment properly
• follow health and safety procedures
• correct food-quality irregularities.
