AI Integration Developer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that prepare internal data for AI
• design and optimize database schemas, indexing, access controls, and backups
• build and maintain MCP servers connecting AI tools to company data and applications
• coordinate with stakeholders to identify use cases and priorities
• establish data quality, security, permissions, and responsible-use guardrails
• lead training sessions for engineers and staff.
