What you'll do

• Evaluate, design, and deliver ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS training for new and existing staff.
• Perform coding audits and validation by reviewing medical records.
• Prepare educational presentations on coding updates and government regulations.
• Provide ongoing resources and guidance to Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) staff.
• Collaborate with Patient Financial Services on claim corrections and special coding projects.
