What you'll do

• Welcome patrons
• check tickets and guide patrons to seats
• direct guests to exits, bathrooms, and concession stands
• help ensure patrons follow safety guidelines
• answer questions
• handle suggestions and complaints respectfully
• assist patrons with special needs
• provide customer service
• follow company policies and procedures
• perform related duties assigned by a supervisor.
