The Store Assistant Manager role is onsite in Sheridan, WY. Compensation is not specified. The position supports store operations and guest service across the store, with primary responsibility for center-store departments. Working in support of the Store Director, the assistant manager maintains merchandising, stocking, and cleanliness standards and helps supervise store operations. The role also supports team development, guest relations, inventory control, and coordinated product and service flow.

What you'll do

• Oversee center-store ordering, stocking, rotation, receiving, damage handling, space management, signage, facing, and backroom organization
• support CGO processes
• coach and train team members
• assist with store supervision, guest service, merchandising, pricing, sales, profits, inventory, safety, records, and meetings
• assume Store Director duties when needed.

Why this role

Previous retail management experience is required. Forklift and/or pallet jack certification is required for operating that equipment; food-handler permits or other certifications may be required depending on applicable requirements.
