The Shift Leader position is onsite in Bastrop, TX, with compensation of $13–$16 per hour. Taco Cabana’s restaurant team serves guests while working toward operational, sales, and profit goals. The shift leader directs hourly team members and supports restaurant management during an assigned shift. The role helps maintain product quality, efficient operations, guest service, food safety, and accurate administrative and cash-handling practices.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise hourly team members
• plan and oversee task completion
• ensure safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures are followed
• train team members using company tools
• help maintain equipment and facilities
• conduct register and safe audits and account for funds
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• attend meetings and training
• recommend disciplinary action
• monitor restaurant cleanliness.
