What you'll do

• Design and deploy dashboards, reports, scorecards, data products, and analytics solutions
• translate business requirements into reporting and data access capabilities
• design and maintain semantic and analytical models
• develop dimensional models, DAX measures, refresh strategies, and performance tuning
• implement row- and object-level security
• evolve Power BI, Fabric, and analytics platform architecture
• manage deployment pipelines and release processes
• define BI and analytics standards
• promote governed self-service analytics and certified data products
• partner with business leaders and data teams
• mentor BI developers, analysts, and users
• lead testing, training, and adoption.
