What you'll do

• Support daily culinary operations across assigned dining venues and event spaces
• coach and train culinary associates
• prepare and present food
• assist with menu planning and recipe development
• execute catering and special events
• monitor food quality, inventory, and production schedules
• support purchasing and food cost control
• ensure food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and workplace safety compliance.
