• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• follow up with prospects
• set and reschedule service and sales appointments
• answer internet inquiries
• contact customers about marketing incentives
• explain maintenance plans and offers
• assist with service inquiries
• introduce customers to service department personnel.
