Senior Program and Operations Manager – NAVAIR/DoD

The Senior Program and Operations Manager – NAVAIR/DoD role is onsite in Southern Maryland at NAWCAD WOLF, with Government-site support as required; compensation is $140,000–$175,000 per year. The role supports a NAVAIR/Department of Defense technical and project-management support effort. As the overall program and contract management lead, this manager directs operations, contractor personnel, resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. The role coordinates with Government leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve program issues and ensure contractual objectives are met within cost, schedule, performance, and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Direct program execution and serve as the primary management interface with Government leadership and stakeholders
• oversee daily operations and priorities
• supervise, mentor, and develop contractor personnel
• manage prime and subcontractor activities and deliverables
• oversee resources and support financial planning and cost monitoring
• coordinate acquisition and assignment of resources
• maintain staffing, labor-charging, and utilization information and track funding by CLIN, SLIN, and ACRN when required
• manage risks and issues
• coordinate with Government customers, program offices, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• implement processes and controls for efficiency, accountability, and compliance.
