What you'll do

• Assign and direct tasks
• provide hands-on support
• serve as a subject matter expert on at least two production equipment types
• perform complex repairs, setups, and rebuilds
• fabricate parts and coordinate equipment installation or relocation
• operate and maintain equipment
• communicate shift updates
• identify staffing and production issues
• reinforce safety and quality standards
• coach and train team members
• support facility maintenance and production meetings.
