What you'll do

• Greet prospects and members
• contact leads and schedule studio sessions
• coordinate with Flexologists and stretch service staff to sell memberships
• follow up with members to support retention
• document and escalate member concerns
• participate in studio workshops and pop-up events
• create social media content featuring member achievements and testimonials
• clean and maintain the studio.
