Job overview

The Filleter role is an onsite position based in Warrenton, OR. Compensation is $18.50–$28.00 per hour, and the role supports the production team at a family-owned seafood processing facility. This role exists to properly cut and fillet various species of fish to ensure maximum product utilization and quality. The Filleter is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards and supporting the production team in meeting high-volume processing goals.

What you'll do

• Properly cut and grade fish to ensure lowest percentage of loss
• fillet 10-60 lb. fish with a knife
• sanitize work area and equipment
• communicate quality issues to supervisors
• assist coworkers during high workload periods.
