What you'll do

• Coordinate and implement field safety programs
• inspect construction sites for compliance with laws and company policies
• conduct safety audits, document hazards, and recommend corrective actions
• conduct new-hire orientations and oversee drug and alcohol policy compliance
• monitor contractor and subcontractor safety programs
• attend project meetings
• support field leadership and safety committees
• assist with accident investigations and follow-up
• coordinate injury treatment and return-to-work support
• monitor site safety incentive programs.
