What you'll do

• Lead planning for quality care, employee retention, and financial performance
• direct hiring and training
• prepare annual budgets for regional approval
• guide clinical, administrative, and service departments
• implement accountability controls
• represent the facility at community meetings
• monitor performance and take corrective action
• support census development and marketing
• serve as the facility’s Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator and chair the Performance Improvement Committee. Requires state licensure or eligibility for reciprocity and two years’ experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or completion of an AIT program.
