What you'll do

• Oversee farm site activities, events, and upkeep
• coordinate volunteer shifts and outreach
• provide guided tours and educational content on agriculture, ecology, regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and food security
• support educational programming at the Greenhouse and Pavilion
• support planning and implementation of the 2028 Sustainability Plan
• advise local partners on sustainability and agriculture goals
• coordinate community partnerships
• maintain harvest, pest, crop rotation, volunteer, and seed records
• maintain Certified Naturally Grown certification
• supervise summer interns and student Greenhouse Assistant shifts
• support the CSA program
• present initiatives at conferences as applicable.
