What you'll do

• Perform medical record activities
• provide departmental receptionist and secretary duties
• scan, quality-check, and index documents
• conduct periodic record reviews as directed
• perform routine master patient index management
• provide coverage for birth certificate registrations
• provide release-of-information services as needed
• support clinics with incoming faxes.
