The Maintenance Supervisor is an onsite role based in Sunbury, NC. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the maintenance department at West Fraser's wood remanufacturing facility. This role exists to provide leadership, training, and development to hourly maintenance personnel. The supervisor manages process flow, resources, and workforce to ensure maintenance goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Lead a maintenance crew of Millwrights, Electricians, Welders, and Contractors.
  • Manage department costs, plan non-emergency maintenance, coordinate PM routes, and supervise maintenance and cleanup personnel.
  • Ensure safety compliance, including Lock-Out Procedures and Field Level Risk Assessments.
  • Inspect completed work and manage parts inventory.
