The Audio Visual (A/V) Project Manager role is onsite in Clearwater, FL; compensation is not specified. APG Electric is a full-service electrical and systems contractor providing design, construction, and maintenance services, including AV project work. The role exists to lead AV projects from planning through closeout, coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, installation, and quality requirements to deliver completed systems.

What you'll do

• Manage AV project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication
• coordinate with sales, engineering, and installation teams on scope and technical requirements
• maintain project documentation
• coordinate vendors and subcontractors
• monitor timelines, budgets, safety, and quality
• serve as the client contact
• conduct site visits
• identify and mitigate risks
• lead final inspections, client training, and documentation handoff
• travel to project sites as needed, including occasional out-of-town travel.
