What you'll do

• Provide daily onsite leadership to field crews and subcontractors in coordination with the Superintendent and Project Manager
• oversee assigned construction phases from start through closeout
• manage workflow, sequencing, and manpower
• interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• resolve field issues
• conduct daily huddles and communicate progress and challenges
• monitor work quality
• enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
• track materials, equipment, and deliveries
• maintain an organized jobsite and perform hands-on carpentry, finish work, and punch-list tasks as needed.
