The Machine Operator — Inserting role is onsite in Brookfield, WI, and is full-time. Pay is $16 per hour. The position works in United Mailing Services’ Inserting Department, preparing printed materials for mailing. The role sets up, operates, and monitors high-speed inserting machinery to collate and insert printed materials into envelopes accurately and efficiently. It supports production quality and workflow through equipment troubleshooting, material handling, inspection, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Set up and calibrate inserting machinery
• load inserts and envelope stock
• inspect outgoing mail for alignment, sequencing, feeds, barcodes, and camera matching
• troubleshoot jams and sensor or feeding issues
• tray and palletize finished product
• perform basic maintenance and cleaning
• record quantities and workflow information.
