What you'll do

• Plan and supervise custodial work
• maintain cleaning-product and tool inventory and coordinate purchasing
• clean floors, carpets, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures
• perform minor maintenance
• set up furniture for meetings and events
• report equipment defects
• collect trash, shovel snow, and maintain building exteriors. Occasional call-out work during unscheduled hours may be required.
