What you'll do

• Oversee and supervise GRO staff
• ensure reporting, documentation, and duties meet applicable standards and requirements
• participate in hiring and staff training
• provide on-call crisis support and direct resident supervision and transportation as needed
• and ensure trauma-informed care and the Trust Based Relational Interaction model are used.
