Billing Specialist, Contracts and Grants

What you'll do

• Track billing deadlines and reporting requirements for government and private grants
• prepare invoices, reimbursement requests, supporting documents, and financial reports
• monitor reimbursements and accounts receivable
• assist with grant budget and expenditure tracking
• review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• maintain contract and invoice files
• support month-end close, reconciliations, and personnel activity report collection
• and communicate with internal departments and funding agencies.

Why this role

Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree, or at least three years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Nonprofit accounting and government grants experience are preferred; Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
