What you'll do

• Oversee employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development
• maintain HR policies and procedures
• ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
• advise facility administrators and HR representatives
• support investigations, corrective actions, terminations, and leave administration
• maintain employee records
• partner on workforce planning, retention, recruiting, and leadership hiring
• prepare HR reports and metrics
• travel to facilities as needed.
