Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an onsite role in Fountain, CO. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour based on experience and certification. Woven Care provides direct care for children and supports clinical development through a multidisciplinary team and credentialing pathways. The technician delivers one-on-one applied behavior analysis sessions, maintains client safety, implements approved interventions, and records session data. The work supports children’s progress while coordinating daily with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other clinical disciplines.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children
• supervise clients continuously
• respond to behaviors that may pose a risk of harm
• implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
• collaborate with BCBAs and OT, PT, and SLP team members
• track session data.
