Cultivation Technician

What you'll do

• Top, bottom, transplant, defoliate, and train plants
• tend growing media
• scout for disease and insects
• prepare rooms for harvest
• harvest and hang plants to dry
• clean dry and flower rooms between harvests
• clean plant housing devices, tables, and pots
• report issues to management
• follow safety, state regulatory, PPE, GMP, biosecurity, sanitation, and quality requirements
• maintain records
• calibrate tools and equipment as directed
• report safety and quality concerns.
