Job overview
The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Fork Union, VA, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem options and day, evening, and night shifts available. Pay is $37.00–$42.30 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Oakhurst Health and Rehabilitation provides resident-centered skilled nursing and long-term care. This nurse provides and evaluates individualized resident care, administers medications and treatments, documents care and changes in condition, educates residents and families, and coordinates rehabilitation needs with therapists. The role supports safe, responsive care in accordance with clinical standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines.
What you'll do
- Provide nursing care and plan, monitor, and evaluate resident-specific interventions

- follow skin management and pharmacy procedures
- order and report diagnostic tests
- coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
