What you'll do

• Schedule, book, and reschedule patient appointments according to urgency, availability, and BOP guidelines
• act as liaison between the Health Services Unit, on-site specialists, community providers, and medical records departments
• retrieve and provide consultation notes while protecting confidentiality
• coordinate approved on-site clinic appointments
• support daily clinic operations
• prepare provider schedules and attendance calendars
• maintain physician schedule information
• enter appointments in facility and medical scheduling systems
• attend required staff meetings
• follow HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
