Personal Lines Account Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of carrier and agency change procedures
• review department reports related to agency-management-system data
• manage system-generated follow-ups
• maintain relationships with carriers and coworkers
• ensure accurate system documentation
• follow agency procedures and regulations
• attend required agency meetings and external functions
• acquire and maintain the required insurance license and continuing education
• document policy changes, cancellations, and claim payments
• review expiration reports for missed or inactive policies and accounts.
