What you'll do

• Maintain and implement Epic applications
• assess workflows and assist with process re-engineering
• troubleshoot application issues and support reports and analyses
• coordinate testing and updates with users and vendors
• train users and develop documentation with IT Education staff
• support interfaces, dictionaries, security, and data accuracy
• coordinate with database analysts and other IT staff
• participate in the applications on-call rotation and weekly on-call requirement
• travel onsite for visits and project milestones.
