The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Memphis, TN, with a base salary of $260,000–$270,000 per year, a bonus of up to 10% of base salary, and a signing bonus of up to $50,000. What you'll do

• Provide primary care to seniors with three to five chronic diseases in a 100% outpatient setting
• see approximately 18–20 patients per day with a maximum panel of 450
• work with a dedicated medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
• and coordinate care within the practice’s value-based care approach. The stated clinic hours are 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.
