What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Residency Program Director on program organization, implementation, and improvement
• mentor and advise residents
• participate in resident selection, orientation, and evaluation
• develop curriculum and evaluation tools
• supervise residents for patient safety
• contribute to program evaluation and clinical competency committees
• deliver educational activities and participate in faculty development.
