What you'll do

• Work with practitioners and nurse managers to address urgent, chronic, and preventive care needs
• assist with onsite and telehealth care
• record vital signs and visit information in the EMR
• educate patients and facilitate referrals
• when needed, fill in as Charge Nurse, supervise nursing staff, and oversee patient flow
• collaborate with volunteer medical staff
• maintain EMR documentation and follow clinical protocols and safety standards.
