Job overview

What you'll do

  • Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment processes
  • enable site access readiness
  • educate site personnel on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, benefit investigations, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
  • educate on case management for consented patients
  • identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved pathways
  • coordinate treatment logistics
  • act on cross-functional referrals and handoffs
  • maintain compliant CRM documentation
  • develop and execute account-level business plans
  • maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
