What you'll do

• Promote safe work practices
• plan, coordinate, and supervise construction crew activities
• review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and estimates
• study project execution and tracking documents
• maintain site-specific rules and logistics
• ensure construction follows design, budget, and schedule
• coordinate with the superintendent and project team
• ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available
• prioritize work instructions and monitor progress
• assist with safety program implementation and interpretation
• mentor craft personnel.
