The position supports Crane Aerospace & Electronics’ Burbank Landing & Cabin Systems team, which produces brake control systems and premium cabin actuation solutions. The analyst develops financial reporting, forecasts, and models to support short- and long-term business decisions. By interpreting financial and operational performance and partnering across the organization, the role helps leaders evaluate plans, manage resources, and improve reporting processes.

What you'll do

• Support strategy, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts
• prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow variance reports
• lead KPI forecasting for assigned business groups
• serve as finance lead on projects and support the Oracle ERP migration
• provide insights on revenue, spending variances, and department performance
• back up the Senior Controller on reports and analyses
• develop financial models and scenario analyses
• monitor revenue, expenses, working capital, capital expenditures, and cash flow
• maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs
• support month-end close, including journal entry review and approval
• lead process improvements.
