What you'll do

• Actively supervise children and communicate with children, parents, and staff
• plan and carry out creative experiences based on curriculum and standards
• support developmental milestones
• step into classrooms for different age groups
• follow licensing rules
• make and follow up on referrals
• maintain program records
• drive a bus for school pickup and field trips
• assist with daily cleaning and closing
• take on office duties as the role develops.
