The Registered Nurse (RN), Labor and Delivery role is onsite in Sun City West, AZ. Compensation is $2,268–$2,340 per week. The role provides specialized nursing care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The nurse monitors maternal and fetal well-being, supports safe labor and delivery, responds to complications, and coordinates care with the obstetric and healthcare team. The role also provides patient education and emotional support and ensures accurate documentation and safe handoffs.

What you'll do

• Assess and continuously monitor maternal and fetal condition
• monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, vital signs, and other indicators
• administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments
• assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries and respond to obstetric emergencies
• provide education, emotional support, and guidance
• collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia providers, and the healthcare team
• provide immediate postpartum care
• document care and complete safe patient handoffs.
