What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage sales representatives
• set goals, territories, and performance expectations
• track pipeline and revenue forecasts
• develop strategies to grow commercial roofing revenue and market share
• support prospecting, account development, and closing
• build relationships with property owners, facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers
• partner with estimating and operations on opportunity qualification and handoffs.
