What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans
• follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to maintain consistency and quality
• comply with facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• ensure proper food handling, storage, and portion control
• support timely meal service. The posting requires at least one year of large-group cooking experience
• long-term care or institutional experience is preferred.
