What you'll do

• Teach and supervise children
• supervise childcare staff under the childcare director
• assist in assessing children’s growth and development
• develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily routines
• lead classroom staff positively
• collaborate with colleagues and parents
• meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements and obtain Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
