What you'll do

• Provide Tier I phone, self-service, chat, and walk-up support
• administer accounts and security tokens
• install, maintain, and upgrade computers and mobile devices
• troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, operating system, and application issues
• document customer contacts and actions
• diagnose network problems
• collaborate with IT teams
• provide rotating after-hours support.
