The work advances students’ learning and independence through Monarch’s visual-language immersion model, which combines concept-driven language instruction, visual supports, technology, and applied behavior analysis.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement student IEPs and lesson plans
• manage IEP meetings and documentation
• supervise students and instructional aides
• coordinate educational plans with clinical treatment goals
• lead team and parent meetings
• prepare progress reports and collect student data
• support extended school year programming
• follow school safety procedures.
