What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve user issues by phone, electronic communication, and in person
• provide Tier 1–2 support for computers, software, printers, web, mobile devices, servers, applications, and hardware
• document and track tickets
• troubleshoot network connectivity
• install and configure clinical applications and devices
• support hardware refreshes, video teleconferencing, and network equipment
• assist Tier III teams with updates, patches, and vulnerability mitigation
• provide on-call support for the medical treatment facility.
