The Full-Time Caregiver – Day Shift role is an onsite float position serving client homes across Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley, Alaska. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. BrightStar Care of Anchorage provides in-home care with nursing-team support and oversight. The caregiver fills scheduled coverage gaps across different client homes, providing hands-on assistance according to individualized care plans. The role helps maintain dependable care and supports clients’ safety, dignity, and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, and feeding
• support skin care
• provide medication reminders and permitted assistance with self-administration
• perform light housekeeping
• provide assigned transportation
• observe and report changes
• document care
• protect client safety, privacy, dignity, and independence.
