The Electrical Engineer role is onsite in West Chester, OH; compensation is not specified. 3dB Labs develops operationally relevant systems with hardware intended for deployment around the globe. This mid-level engineer contributes across the hardware development lifecycle, designing and testing electronic circuits and subsystems and supporting their transition from prototypes toward production. The role works with RF systems engineers, DSP software engineers, and program managers to deliver hardware that meets system requirements.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test analog and digital circuits and subsystems, including RF-adjacent power distribution, signal conditioning, and interfaces
• support formal program reviews
• maintain schematics, bills of materials, interface control documents, and design descriptions
• collaborate on component selection, board integration, and lab bring-up
• plan and conduct electrical testing
• support prototype development and production transition
• resolve hardware anomalies
• and assist with customer technical inquiries and proposal inputs.
