What you'll do

• Use the GUIDE service program to understand guest needs and recommend gear
• support sales and conversion
• handle cash, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean sales floor
• follow safety, security, and loss-prevention practices
• participate in product and service training
• represent Fjällräven’s values
• educate guests about sustainability initiatives
• and participate in local events when possible.
