What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care, bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, walking, and toileting
• answer call lights
• record vital signs and intake and output
• report and chart care and resident status
• maintain resident confidentiality and a safe environment
• follow charge nurse instructions.
